RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

AMAZON PURCHASES (US, CANADA & MEXICO)

All orders for US, Canada, and Mexico customers are fulfilled through Amazon. The refund and return policy for these orders is governed by Amazon's policies. Returns are simple and hassle-free through Amazon's return center.

PURCHASES THROUGH OUR WEBSITE (INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY)

Our website accepts orders from international customers only (outside US, Canada, and Mexico). If you are located in the US, Canada, or Mexico, please visit our Amazon store for faster delivery with Prime shipping.

International Order Returns:

Due to the high cost of international return shipping, we don't require physical returns for international orders.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@haneeaprons.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue (product defect, damage, or incorrect item)
  • Brief description of the problem

We'll review your case and issue a full refund if the item is confirmed as defective or damaged. No return shipment necessary.

Refund Eligibility for International Orders:

✓ Wrong item, color, or size sent by us

✗ Change of mind or general dissatisfaction
✗ Incorrect size selected by customer
✗ Color appears different than expected on screen

Please review our size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering, as these situations are not eligible for refunds on international orders.

Important: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and cannot be refunded.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized aprons (such as those with embroidered names or custom designs)
  • Aprons marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Change of mind purchases
  • Incorrect size selected by customer
  • Color/appearance expectations (please review product photos carefully)

REFUNDS

Once we've reviewed your photos and approved your refund claim, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your refund, please contact us at info@haneeaprons.com.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason under EU consumer protection laws. For returns due to defects or shipping errors, contact us at info@haneeaprons.com with photos for a full refund (no physical return needed). For change-of-mind returns, you may return the item at your own shipping cost, and we'll refund the product price once received. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.
